AGAVE Mexican Cantina

This is a very late post! Sorry. :P I actually went to Agave couple of weeks ago with my good friend, Louella. We actually decided to hangout in this newly opened bar and resto in SM Southmall since we both didn't have work the following morning.

First of all, the place was awesome because it's not crowded. We decided to stay in the bar area since we ordered a drink-all-you-can frozen margarita which was by the way, really good. For the cheap price of 299, we enjoyed it so much. Plus the burritos were also amazing at a very affordable price. Music was good plus there is TV on the bar area where they watch sports so it very much reminded me of the place I used to go to in Japan, near our Tokyo office. :)

Chili's Pig Out Session With Kath

So, yesterday I was out with Kathy. After quite a long time of not bonding we finally found time to see each other. We decided to go to our favorite hangout place in the South which is ofcourse, Alabang Town Center.  We met around 3:30PM ( Note that I was actually late because I suddenly got a message from another close friend, Louella, who asked me to drop by Starbucks at SM Southmall to meet her new friend. ) outside Mango and decided we wanted tacos so off we went to Chili's.

We were offered bottomless drinks and Tacos at a very reasonable price so we went for it. Plus we also ordered sandwhiches and fries. We talked about so many things and it seemed like one of the most relaxing things I ever did this week. I was pressured at work and catching up with a good friend is a good way to relax and unwind. Plus, the food was good! Ambience of the place is laid-back ( as usual, in the South ) and food was served right away! :)

Hoping to get back soon for another relaxing time. :)

New Experiment

Mushroom, Corn, Asparagus, Butter and Oyster Sauce

Today I decided to cook again. Every week, I always make it a point to buy Asparagus! I'm such a big fan and I heard that it's a healthy food! So, anyway, I usually just steam it. But for some reason I wanted to try something new this weekend and so I bought mushroom, corn and oyster sauce.

I sauteed the mushroom, corn and asparagus in butter and oyster sauce. Just that simple. It tasted really great and it was quite heavy for the stomach. So half rice and this. :) Yummy! :)
